Rydym ni, sef aelodau o Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, yn datgan ein gwrthwynebiad i biblinell newydd Olew Caspian ac yn gwrthwynebu defnyddio arian cyhoeddus i'w adeiladu. Credwn y dylai arian pobl Cymru gael ei ddefnyddio'n fwy doeth.

We as members of the National Assembly for Wales state our opposition to the new Caspian Oil pipeline and the use of public money in its construction. We feel that the use of the money of the people of Wales should be directed more wisely.
